How the Quarantine has been affecting students’s mental health[PART 2]

Certain common issue’s that people around the age of 10 – 18 and people in their early 20’s are facing amidst the pandemic are basically the following:

UNCERTAINTY IN CAREER’S AND LIFE:

The riskiest issue during the pandemic for the students is that they don’t even know what the future holds for their career’s, with class of 2020 being jobless around the globe doesn’t helps either. Being student’s ourselves and not knowing where our future is going is sure stressful. No one can answer our questions, when …how will we be able to resume our normal life, so yeah we feel you guys and your insecurities.

First of all, we haven’t been in our homes constantly for 5 months in the entire last decade and now all on a sudden a deadly virus arrived and we’re stuck in our homes… this brings 3 things:

-        Chronic Depression

-        Anxiety due to uncertainty

-        Stress and Absenteeism

We did had plans too like everyone did … yup we also thought about how we’re going to prepare for the steps we’re going to take for final years of our college/ school, how we’re going to spend it with our friends or how we’re going to celebrate it with our partners. I totally feel you guys ( we also don’t know when we’ll be able to meet our partners L , go out with  friends or have a sleep over at our besties place )  . Since the people we hold dear to are away from us also the stress is increasing that’s the exact reason why we need to pay special attention to our mental health in this isolation. We can’t go out in the fresh air without feeling worried but we do need to keep going with our career / studies. How are we going to do it then?
