HERE’S HOW ONE CAN DEAL WITH IT:
Firstly – Stay informed about what’s going on around the world but don’t over inform yourself it can stir anxiety and it won’t let the mind to focus on the work at hand.
Secondly – Don’t get into your phone or the news just after waking up do pamper yourself , maybe go for a run and have a healthy breakfast.
Thirdly - Don’t overthink things try to stay light headed by doing things that bring you joy
Fourthly – Don’t push yourself when the body and mind is not ready to be pushed
Fifth – Whenever stress becomes over the top and you start feeling restless do this breath in for four -> hold the breath for four -> breath out for four , repeat this 4 times.
And last but not least
TRUST THE PROCESS we are all in this together the world will heal soon
FAMILY AND SOCIAL CONFLICTS:
When we’re are quarantined together around the clock for days on end, with everyone affected by a range of stresses, family conflict is inevitable, which sure do add up to the ongoing stress factor on the other hand being dragged up into any messy argument on social media or being in any feud with friends during this time increases anxiety to such extent that you might need to take a break.
WHAT CAN YOU DO:
1- Don’t be impulsive at times J try to stay calm as much as possible and if the stress surpasses your tolerance , walk out of the certain place go out into fresh air.
2- Stay out of unnecessary drama, feud or arguments that can hamper your peace even if u see people arguing over stuff you might be able give the best aspect on still don’t participate in it … in case it gets messy (curiosity kind of kills the cat ;)
3- Don’t try to associate with people who make you feel bad about yourself or are manipulative.

However the quarantine has helped in bringing many family’s together , now that’s a plus.
Aside from these being the main stress issue’s there are others too,
MANY INSTITUSTIONS ARE NOT BEING HELPFUL TOWARDS THE STUDENTS AND ARE ADDING UP PRESSURE WITH EACH PASSING DAY WITHOUT TRYNG TO FIGURE OUT WHY THEY Can’t COP UP WITH THE TASKS AT HAND
Well this isn’t something we can deal with either we can only reach out to seek help by making them aware Do speak out your problems it makes things easier.
